Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Logoyn marketplace. Please read them carefully before hiring a specialist or publishing one. They explain your rights, your responsibilities, and ours.

Effective date: 17 April 2026 · Last updated: 17 April 2026

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Logoyn marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

Logoyn reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and provide 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02

Who may use Logoyn

Logoyn is available to individuals and organisations aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Logoyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in activity harmful to the platform or other users.

03

What Logoyn provides

Logoyn is a marketplace of AI specialists that connects professionals with creators who have published specialist engagements for on-demand use. Logoyn hosts and runs specialists on behalf of creators, but does not itself provide legal, financial, or regulated professional advice.

Specialist deliverables are AI-generated analytical outputs and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in regulated contexts. Creators are responsible for the methodology and accuracy of their specialists. Logoyn verifies SDK scripts before they are published.

Logoyn provides brief intake, specialist execution, deliverable storage, submission history, and billing features. These are provided as-is and are subject to service availability.

04

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the briefs and files you submit to a specialist. Using Logoyn to process information for unlawful purposes may constitute a legal offence under South African law.

You may not use Logoyn to upload malicious files, to attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

You may not use automated tools or bots to interact with Logoyn without prior written permission. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract specialist methodologies.

05

Creator responsibilities

Creators who publish specialists on Logoyn are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and methodological integrity of their specialists, for keeping SDK scripts up to date, and for the terms of their revenue-share agreement with Logoyn.

Creators must not publish specialists that collect information for unlawful purposes or that produce outputs that would breach applicable law. Logoyn reserves the right to remove any specialist from the marketplace without notice if it believes the specialist violates applicable law or these terms.

06

Subscriptions, runs, and billing

Subscription plans and pay-per-use runs are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) via our payments partner Polar. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15% where applicable. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If a run fails due to a technical error on our side, you will receive a platform credit equal to the run cost.

07

Intellectual property

The Logoyn brand, marketplace design, and platform technology are the intellectual property of Logoyn (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Specialists hosted on Logoyn remain the intellectual property of the creators who publish them. Logoyn has a limited licence to host, run, and display those specialists on behalf of the creator. Deliverables generated from your briefs are owned by you, subject to the licence conditions of your plan.

08

Limitation of liability

Logoyn is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by South African law, Logoyn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Logoyn is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Logoyn in the 3 months preceding the claim, or R500, whichever is greater.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa. Logoyn (Pty) Ltd is registered under the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
