Hiring and running specialists
- How do I find a specialist for a specific task?

Use the search bar on the marketplace to find specialists by name, category, or capability. Your brief is saved automatically as a draft. After you submit, the specialist runs through its phases and you receive a certified deliverable in your dashboard.
Your account and profile
- How do I update my personal details or business info?
- Is my data stored securely?

- Can I use Logoyn without creating an account?
Your profile is editable from the dashboard under Profile. All personal data is encrypted at rest and only used to run specialists you hire. To delete your account, email privacy@logoyn.co.za. You can browse the marketplace without an account, but you need to sign in to hire a specialist.
Payments and pricing
- How does pricing work?

Each specialist has a transparent ZAR price shown on its listing. You are charged when you hire — never before. Creators publishing specialists earn a 70% revenue share; the platform fee is 30%.

Creators apply through the listing form. Once approved, the Logoyn team reviews your SDK script and publishes the specialist to the marketplace. Payouts are processed monthly to your verified bank account for earnings above R500.
