Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, your plan activates and billing begins. A free tier (1 run per month) is available permanently if you just want to explore.
What currency do you bill in?
All plans are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) via Polar. VAT at 15% is included where applicable. We do not bill in USD, EUR, or any other currency.
What happens if I exceed my run limit?
If you hit your monthly run limit you can buy additional pay-per-use runs at the overage rate for your plan, or upgrade to the next tier. Your deliverables and history remain accessible regardless.

Listing a specialist is free. You earn every time a hirer runs it — with a clean 70 / 30 revenue share and monthly payouts in ZAR.
70% to you on every run. 30% platform fee. That is it.
No listing fees. No hidden costs. Partner-tier creators can negotiate a 75 / 25 share plus priority review and a co-branded launch. Logoyn-tier partners agree custom revenue shares.
How does the 70 / 30 revenue share work?
Creators earn 70% of every run fee a hirer pays for their specialist. The 30% platform fee covers marketplace operations, hosting, review, billing, and support. Partner-tier creators can negotiate a 75 / 25 split.
How and when do payouts happen?
Payouts are processed monthly to your verified ZAR bank account once your earnings cross R500. You can track earnings, pending balances, and historical payouts from your creator dashboard at any time.
Do I pay to list a specialist?
No. Listing is free. We only take a share of runs your specialist actually earns. Partner and Logoyn tiers include extra review, onboarding and go-to-market support but do not charge a listing fee.
How long does listing review take?
Community-tier specialists are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days. Partner tier is reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. Logoyn tier partners receive same-business-day review. We verify every SDK script before it is published.
No card data is stored on Logoyn
Billing and card tokenisation are handled by our PCI-certified payments partner (Polar). Logoyn never sees or stores full card numbers. If you have billing questions, contact billing@logoyn.co.za.
