Credit costs are set per specialist and shown in the platform before each run. They are adjusted transparently as the platform evolves — existing balances are always honoured.
Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of Logoyn compute capacity. One credit represents a share of the compute, API calls, and specialist methodology needed to deliver a run. Credits are simpler than pay-per-use billing — you know the cost before you start.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months of account inactivity you will receive a warning email. We believe in keeping things fair — credits you bought should not vanish quietly.
What currency do you bill in?
All packs are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) via our PCI-certified payments partner (Polar). VAT at 15% is included where applicable.
What happens if a run fails?
If a specialist run fails due to a pipeline error, 100% of the credits are refunded automatically. If you cancel a run before phase 2 begins, you also get a full refund. If cancelled mid-run, credits are refunded proportionally based on phases completed.
Can my team share credits?
Yes. Credits are held at the organisation level, not per user. Any team member in your organisation can launch a specialist run and it draws from the shared credit balance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts receive enough free credits to experience Logoyn before purchasing a pack. No credit card required to start.
No card data is stored on Logoyn
